For your own designs, you can work off a canvas of Width x Height of 21cm x 9.5cm. We recommend that you give a 0.5cm - 1cm bleeding buffer from the top and bottom. Your image would not be cropped and will be centred on the mug.

   Yes. They come in a white box.
2. How durable are the mugs?
   As long as you do not subject the mugs to harsh conditions like bleaching or scratching the surface, the prints will last for quite some time. We have been using our own printed mugs for 2 years, subjecting it to daily wear and tear and the prints still look almost as good as new.
