FAQ

  1. How long does it take to make a photo gift?
    It takes 3 - 5 business days to make a photo gift. This is to allow us to have ample time to do our rounds of Quality Control and make sure that your item is well done.
  2. Do you all do rush orders? ie. I have an event happening tomorrow and I need a gift!
    Yes, we do rush orders but there will be a % surcharge ranging from 20% - 50% depending on the urgency and quantity.
  3. Can you send the items in my order to different addresses?
    Yes, you may specify different addresses for different items that you have ordered. You only need to cover any shipping and handling costs involved and we will handle the logistics for you.
  4. How do the orders get to my side? How long does that take?
    Once we have completed our production, we will be dispatching the order via Singpost. It usually takes 2 business days at maximum to reach you. If it is by registered post, it will take 3 business days. We can also help to arrange for Speedpost 1 day service.
  5. Where are the products printed?
    The base products are imported from our overseas supplier but all printing is done in Singapore so that we can quality control the whole process and maintain our standards. If you’re looking for a Made in Singapore product, this is it.
  6. Do you have a physical store that I can go to?
    Yes, we currently do have some stores that you can drop by. It is in partnership with our parent company, Archer Digital Print Shop. They currently have 2 branches, one at Central Square @ 20 Havelock Road, #01-07 and the other one at the same building where Printeet Headquarters is being hosted - 4 Penjuru Place, #01-23.
  7. What if my product is defective? Can I do a replacement?
    Usually we do not do replacements unless it is a production defect, it is on a case by case basis as we have put our printings through very high stringent checks.
  8. What if my product breaks in the mail?
    Sometimes the postal service can be really rough when they handle your mail, hence there is a slight chance that the ceramics might break due to their handling. What we do over here at Printeet.com is really to wrap up the product as securely as possible with thick layers of bubble wraps to prevent this from happening. Beyond that, we cannot control the way the post office handles the mail. However, we do offer an insurance option where you can pay an additional $2 and we will do a replacement for you if any breakages happen. There is also an alternative option where you can arrange for pickup from one of our branches.
  9. Can I get discounts if I order in bulk?
    We do offer bulk order discounts, just drop us an email or call us to find out more.
  10. How close are the colours to my artwork/ pictures?
    As we are using Dye-sublimation technology, the colours that are printed will be slightly different from the pictures that you see on screen. However, we will do our best to calibrate our pictures to close up the gap as much as possible.
  11. What kind of payment modes do you all accept?
    Currently we accept Paypal, Credit Card and Bank transfers to our account. Upon checking out your shopping cart, you can choose the type of payment mode and instructions will be provided to you then. For Credit Card payment, please select Paypal as it is our default payment gateway. (ie the provider that handles our credit card payments for us)
  12. What happens if my product is lost in the mail?
    To prevent losses in the mail, please opt for registered mail. Just a quick note about addresses with mail rooms, they have a track record of mixing up mail or delaying your mail. We would not be responsible if the product gets lost in the mail or mail room. 
  13. What happens if I select a bank transfer option?
    After you have transferred your money, please drop us an email at order@printeet.com with your transaction number and order number. We will search through our system, match it and update it inside. Please make sure you receive our acknowledgement email to confirm that we have locked in your transfer.
