Terms and Conditions

• Shipping and Handling is done via Singpost standard mail. They typically take 2 business days to reach you
• All items take 3 business days to produce. We have a rush order service, but the surcharge ranges from 20%-50% depending on the urgency and quantity.
• For registered posts and Speedpost, an additional fee will be surcharged
• Printing commences once payment is received.
• Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfers are accepted
• Color reproduction on mugs is not as accurate as on photographic prints.
• Please ensure that your address entered is correct as we will not be responsible for lost mail based on the wrong addresses that you've entered.
• Goods sold are non-refundable.
